The Memorial DVD
The Worcester Fire Fighters Memorial Committee recently held its Campaign Kick-Off event at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. During the event, the committee debuted it's fundraising DVD produced by Velocity Productions, a media company in Boston.
The DVD provides the history of the December 3, 1999 fire as told by those who were there. It also tells of how the nation and Worcester Community united during the tragedy and explains the design of and rationale for the memorial.
