What Fallen Heroes stores about you, why it stores it, who else touches it, and how to get rid of it. Written against what the software actually does rather than against what a template assumes.

02What we collect
- Waitlist and account data. Your email address, and a first name if you give one when joining the waitlist or signing in.
- Your settings and strategy profiles. Your custom screening thresholds (S1–S9, T1–T4, O1–O9), report recipient preferences and written stock theses.
- Technical data. The requests your browser makes, with standard server log fields, kept briefly by the hosting provider.
There is no analytics tracker, no advertising identifier and no tracking pixel on Fallen Heroes.
03How we use it
To run the service: to send your waitlist confirmation, to authenticate your session, to evaluate your strategy profiles after each close, and to deliver optional daily email reports. Nothing is used to profile you and nothing is sold.

05Security
Everything is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest in the database, which is hosted in Frankfurt inside the EU. Access is limited to what the service itself needs, and every page with account data requires a verified session.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time under Article 7(3). Write to hello@fallen-heroes.com and we will answer within one month.
07Cookies
Only the session cookie (`fhc_session`) required to keep you signed in between pages. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner.
